The videos on our product pages are "streamed", which allows you to start viewing the video right away before it downloads completely.
Problems? You may have firewall issues (especially on some workplace computers) that prevent you from viewing these streaming videos. You also need the Flash viewer, which most computers have.
On this page you can download the videos directly (in .wmv format), and save them to your computer for later viewing. Note that these files are VERY LARGE and will take quite some time to download, even on a high-speed connection.
If downloading the videos is not practical for you, please (or phone 1-800-350-8176) and we will mail you the videos on CD.
Windows Media Player, Real Player and many others will play these files.
